Return Policy

Defective products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days after purchase as long as they remain unused. Since our nest boxes are large and relatively costly to ship, we urge you to avail yourself of the in-depth info on our website to determine if the nest box is appropriate for you and your area prior to purchase. If the product is not defective and you decide to return it, we will ask you to pay the return shipping and we will refund the purchase price and sales tax.
